2021 Google for Education services offer

 

As a US or Canada-based K-12 district, school, or Higher Education organization interested in buying Google Workspace for Education Plus or Chromebooks and Chrome Education Upgrade in 2021, you may be eligible to receive free services along with your purchase.

These services, delivered by trusted Google for Education partners, are designed to help your school get the most out of Google for Education tools. We have 28 partners from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets that you can choose from this year.

Deployment services

Deployment partners assist schools in the rollout and configuration of new technology, in addition to providing the tools and insights to ensure organizations are getting the most out of their new tools and devices.

Educator training services

Professional Development Partners train educators to use Google technology to support impactful instruction and lead schools through transformative change by providing guidance in the areas of vision, learning approach, culture, community, and diversity and equity.

Analytics services

Analytics partners help Education Plus users gain insights into their domain's usage by building reports on top of BigQuery logs. These partners can help build analytics dashboards to display product usage at the individual level in order to help administrators measure engagement and equity.

App licenses (bonus!)

This bonus category is in addition to your normal selection of deployment, educator training or analytics services. With qualifying purchases, customers are eligible for 5 or more teacher licenses of one of the following: Pear Deck, Screencastify, Book Creator, Classcraft, BookWidgets, DOGOnews.

Terms of service

 

Overall:

This offer is available to K-12 schools, districts, consortia*, and Higher Education organizations in the US and Canada.

This promotion period is January 12, 2021 - September 30th, 2021, or while available services last.

Services need to be redeemed by November 30, 2021. 

Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.  

What qualifies:

Only one Chrome “order” per year is eligible for the promotion. An “order” is defined as all purchases of Chromebooks and Chrome Education Upgrades by your district/school/organization within a 60 day window during the Promotion Period regardless of invoice / device shipment date.

Only one “order” of net-new Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses** (formerly G Suite Enterprise for Education) per year is eligible for the promotion. An “order” is defined as all purchases of Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses within a 60 day window during the Promotion Period.

For qualifying Chromebook & Chrome Education Upgrade purchases:

For K-12:

  • A "New Customer" is any K-12 customer with 30 or less Chromebooks and Chrome Education Upgrades deployed within their school or district
  • A 100 unit minimum order of Chromebook and Chrome Education Upgrades is required for all returning Chrome customers

For Higher Education:

  • A 100 unit minimum order of Chromebooks and Chrome Education Upgrades is required to qualify

Proof of purchase for Chrome orders (submitted via invoice or purchase order) must include an equal number of Chromebooks AND Chrome Education Upgrades 

 

 

 

 

For qualifying Google Workspace for Education Plus purchases:

A net new order of Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses (formerly G Suite Enterprise for Education) is defined for both K12 and Higher Education as: a first-time purchase of Full Domain Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses

  • Renewals of G Suite Enterprise for Education or Google Workspace for Education Plus subscriptions do not qualify
  • Full Domain Licensing requires the purchase of individual licenses for all faculty and staff in your institution, which may equate to higher than the required minimum purchase.
  • Consortia may only combine member school first time purchases of Full Domain Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses
  • A minimum order of 1000 net new licenses of Google Workspace for Education Plus licenses is required to qualify for both K12 and Higher Education 

*A consortia is defined as an entity (Association, Dioceses, etc.) that may combine member school purchases for joint qualification of services
