Certification Marathon | Google Partners Adriatics

Take part in the program - Full House Certification Marathon "#ADRIGoogleExpert" for specialists in Digital Marketing!

We provide each participant of the marathon "#ADRIGoogleExpert" ("Marathon") a chance to receive a prize for their active work in the Google Partners Certification program.

The organizer of the Marathon is Google Ireland Limited, located at the address: Dublin 4, Barrow Street, Gordon House ("Google").

Prize will be given to each participant of the Marathon (“Participant”)  if all of the following conditions of the Marathon are fulfilled:

1. The Participant is a natural person registered on Google Partners portal as Individual.

2. The Participant must operate on the Croatian, Serbian or Slovenian territory.

3. The Participant must register for the Marathon on the following website https://events.withgoogle.com/adri-fullhousecertification/ with the e-mail address under which he or she is registered on Google Partners portal.

4. The Marathon runs from 27.03.2017, 00.01 o’clock until 31.05.2017, 23.59 o’clock (Central European Time).

5. The Participant can register for the Marathon during the duration of the Marathon.

6. The Participant has obtained valid Google Partners certificates by successfully passing the following Google Partners AdWords exams:
   1. AdWords Fundamentals;
   2. Search Advertising;
   3. Display Advertising;
   4. Video Advertising;
   5. Mobile Advertising.

7. Conditions for obtaining the certificates from Google Partners listed in Point 6 above are determined by the relevant Google rules and policies.

8. Violation of Google rules and policies referred to in Point 7 above may be grounds for disqualification from the participation in the Marathon and cancellation of the results achieved.

9. The Participant must obtain all five Google Partners certificates listed in Point 6 above until the deadline, i.e. 31.05.2017, 23.59 o’clock (Central European Time).

10. If Participant has passed 1 or more AdWords exams prior to the start of the Marathon, they can still register and take part as long as they hold valid all Google Partners certificates listed in Point 6 as of 31.05.2017, 23.59 o’clock (Central European Time).

Each Participant who has fulfilled all of the above conditions will receive the prize - Fitness smart watch (“Prize”) on the following terms:

1. Each Participant can receive only one Prize.

2. Within seven days after the end of the Marathon, the Participant who fulfilled the  above conditions of the Marathon  will be notified via e-mail with the request to fill in a Prize form.

3. The Prize will be delivered by courier to the address provided by the Participant in the Prize form.

4. Google is not responsible or liable for any consequences of use of the Prize.

5. Participant who has won the Prize may be required to provide additional information. In case of failure to timely provide such information, the Participant shall lose his/her rights related to the Prize.

6. The Prize cannot be exchanged for money equivalent.

7. Google reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another prize at its solediscretion.

8. If for any reason the Marathon is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside Google’s reasonable control, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, printing errors, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Marathon, Google reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Marathon, in whole or in part,at any stage.

9. Any data received byGoogle in the course of the Marathon will be
   used in accordance with the general Google Privacy Policy.

10. The Prize  cannot be used for the purpose of bribery or other purposes prohibited by law.

11. These rules shall be governed by the laws of:

• Croatia: for Participants from Croatian territory;

• Serbia: for Participants from Serbian territory; and

• Slovenia: for Participants from Slovenian territory.

12. Any disputes arising out of or in connection to this promotion where the claimant or defendant is the Participant from Croatian territory shall be resolved by a competent court in Zagreb, Croatia.

13. Any disputes arising out of or in connection to this promotion where the claimant or defendant is the Participant from Serbian territory shall be resolved by a competent court in Belgrade, Serbia.

14. Any disputes arising out of or in connection to this promotion where the claimant or defendant is the Participant from Slovenian territory shall be resolved by a competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
