Expo Day 

Day 3 (Thursday, November 15) will be dedicated to demos and meetings between participants. It will still be held at the same Berkley hotel on Floor 11 and Floor 10. 

Please check for details of companies' booth names and locations below. They will be ready to welcome you from 10 am. on Thu, Nov 15. 

The following will be prepared:

1. Booth space of 3 x 3 meters
2. Partition 3(W) x 3(L) x 2.5(H) (See dimension)
3. 2 electrical outlets (power max. 5 amp)
4. Table size 180 (w) x 45 (d) x 75 (t) cm
5. Chairs

*Please confirm your company name that will show on the top of the booth and number of table and chairs you want in this link

Booth Location:
We will post the floor plan by the 5th of November. The booths will be located in the Palladium hall and the Mayfair hall B and C.

Booth set up time:
You can set up your booth from 8:00 AM onwards on November 15. (You will have 2 hours for set up)
