1st Place
Vodafone Idea agent by Ori: This is an industry-first integration in India of Vodafone Idea’s chatbot VIC with Google’s Business Messages platform. VIC, the Virtual Assistant, can be used to check billing information, activate packs, add recharges and payments, check balances and much more, seamlessly.

Columbia by 247.ai: Track orders, shop, and checkout online. The shopping flow assists in recommending the most popular and frequently bought products.
Federal Bank by Riafy: Explore deals and offers, open an account, and explore the nearest branches and ATMs.
Freshly by Conversocial: Aids new customers through the sign up experience by highlighting the key benefits of the service, showcasing the menu, and providing a promo code; helps current customers with a variety of queries.
Popeye's Supplements by Heyday: Fully bilingual; makes product recommendations, while human agents are there to answer the brand/product high value sales type questions.
3rd Place

Haffhus by Dialogshift: Chatbot & live chat experience for the SPA & wellness hotel. Helpshotel guests in the pre-stay/pre-booking phase where they gather information.
Heymarket: Answers questions and manages booking, an event spaces for a wedding venue.
Remedo with agents to connect with hundreds of doctors in India: The chatbot helps automatically answer common questions and provides live chat support for a complete patient solution.
Switchbird: Addresses existing/potential customers of Switchbird (messaging software) with options to schedule a demo, see examples, get pricing or talk to a human.
Ulta Beauty: Offers a unique experience for customer service assistance and to obtain current occupancy levels and popular products that are available at a given store location via Ulta's BOPIS program. Also provides an easy way to book a service appointment.
Table Duck: Online ordering for pickup or delivery at a restaurant in Germany. Supports complex user journeys powered by rich NLP and conversational UI. Integrates with a POS provider for order handling and PSP integration for payment handling.
