Christoph Magnussen

Founder & CEO, Blackboat Internet GmbH

Entrepreneur by career, filmmaker by heart, new work and technology enthusiast. Christoph Magnussen has been an entrepreneur since high school, setting up his first company at the age of sixteen. Alongside his role as CEO of his most recent company, Blackboat (a cloud-tool consultancy company based in Hamburg, Germany) Christoph is also well-known as the podcast co-host of one of Germany's top business podcasts, "On the Way to New Work" as well as being a well recognised and extremely motivating keynote speaker. In recent years he has also begun producing YouTube Videos on the topic of cloud, tools and new work methods, even sharing some of his speeches online. He is an avid creator and has reached an online following for his videos of over 25,000 people. He hopes to inspire the #Endof90iesIT and the #Futureofwork by continuing on the journey he has been on for over two decades.


Dmytro Sholomko

Google Country Director, Ukraine 

Dmytro has Google Country Director in Ukraine since May 2011 and responsible for product development, sales and business planning. Prior to that, from July 2006 he had been working as a Google Consultant and later as a Google Business Development Manager in Ukraine. Before joining Google, Dmytro operated his own consulting company, UBL, which had specialized in providing informational and consulting support to the largest Ukrainian IT and telecommunication companies. Prior to that, Dmytro held the position of Director of the online division of Euromoney publishing company in Ukraine, and has been involved into various local online projects development. Dmytro has studied at NTUU KPI and has the Software Engineering background. Except for work, Dmytro enjoys photography, football, modern history and brewing.

Among his hobbies are mainly family, sport and live music.
