We will discuss conversations with new hires, team mates, executives, significant others, families… The focus will be on preparing for wellness impacts before they happen, working through daily challenges, talking to significant others and friends, and negotiating tough social situations. Come prepared to learn, listen and share.

Radical Self-Care for Vicarious Trauma & Wellness

In a group setting, learn what trauma is and how it manifests in the body. Develop tools for self-care when dealing with others in traumatic events, and how to recognize the physical symptoms of vicarious trauma in yourself.
