I have no Google Cloud experience, can I still participate in these trainings?

Yes, even if you don't know about Google Cloud, you can solve the quests by following Qwiklabs' instructions and our tutorial series on the Google Developer Communities Turkey channel. 

How long do I have to complete the trainings?

You can receive gifts by sending us the trainings determined until January 31st, 11.59am.

I finished my training, when will my gifts reach me?

After the jam a thon ends on January 31, all responses on the form will be evaluated and gifts will be sent in February.

I am not able to get the Qwiklabs credits after enrolling in the program, what to do?

You can try the following solutions:

• If you have just completed the lab, then please wait for a few minutes and refresh your chrome browser tab a few times.
• Start the lab again wait for 5 minutes and end the lab and then check again.
• Reach out to your Facilitator and they will help you here.
• Reach out to the Qwiklabs Chat support via the Qwiklabs home page. (You will blue chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen if logged in)
• Just drop an email to support@qwiklabs.com

I am stuck! I need help with Qwiklabs, what should I do?

Here a few ways you can get unstuck:

1. Always reach out to your Facilitators first. They are the subject matter experts here who are specifically trained by Google for this program and they will be able help you with most of your queries.
2. Just reach out to the Qwiklabs chat support or drop them an email at support@qwiklabs.com

Find the instructions to get the link to your Qwiklabs Public Profile here or you can just follow the steps given below. Here's what it should look like - "https://www.qwiklabs.com/public_profiles/PROFILE_ID".

1. Log-in to https://google.qwiklabs.com.
2. Once logged-in, go to - https://google.qwiklabs.com/my_learning
3. Click on "View Public Profile" on the top right corner and then "Make profile public" if there's a pop-up.
4. Now copy the browser URL below. (That's your profile URL)

I am out of Qwiklabs credits, what should I do?

Just reach out to your Facilitators and they will help you get more credits.

What is the difference between a Qwiklabs Quest & a Google Cloud Skill Badge?

A Qwikalbs quest is basically a group of labs using which you can learn and practice the concepts of Google Cloud on GCP. Whereas a Skill Badge for that quest, will help you test the skills that you have learned through a challenge lab. You can find more differences here.
