Netta is a Nashville native and founder of Mimconnect, a diversity consultancy that helps companies recruit, retain and develop diverse talent. Prior to Mimconnect, Netta worked as a publicist and marketer with a special focus on social media marketing. Since starting Mimconnect, Netta has helped a number of emerging professionals and entrepreneurs of color turn their ideas into viable opportunities.
