Join us on this special session that will introduce the “Negotiations Blueprint”, a simple framework to prepare for negotiations.
The goal of blueprinting a negotiation is to grow the overall value, and divide it given concerns for fairness in the ongoing relationship. The Negotiations Blueprint includes three main concepts:
- Consequence of no agreement: Explore the alternatives to a deal that both you and the other side have. What is the impact if there is no negotiation?
- Trades: Increase the overall value of the negotiation to both sides through interest-based trades - Anchor with multiple solutions: Propose multiple options to result in faster and more creative outcomes
