Support to set goals
We’ve designed a programme to help you set goals for your business, and we’ll help you track your progress against those goals throughout the course of the programme, alongside regular check-ins from your Google Sales Rep and your dedicated Elevator Business Coach.
Business Coaching
Elevator is specially designed to help directors and CEOs of badged agencies grow their businesses and themselves faster. It’s delivered via four 1:1 sessions and four group training sessions on the topics of Business Planning and Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Leadership. Each aim at giving you the knowledge and skills to drive lasting business improvements.
Throughout the programme, your coach will go over every aspect of running a business, along with recommended best practices. They’ll even share their own first-hand experiences to give you real boots-on-the-ground perspective.
For the first time, we are combining agencies from Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway in this joint programme. The group trainings will all take place in the Google Stockholm Office.
Coaches:
For Elevator Google is collaborating with Accelerate Coach to help both your agency and yourself to grow faster.
Accelerate Coach have developed with more than 250 small and mid-sized companies in the digital agency business growth maps, and have calibrated them. They will durng this program help you understand on which level you are currently on and provide impulses on how to get you to the next level.
Simone Lafargue
Simone Lafargue has more than 10 years experience in strategy and coaching with a strong focus on growth strategies based on digital business models.
She has consulted multiple businesses, startups as well as agencies in their definition and long-term planning of a stringent growth strategy. Prior to her activities as a free coach and consultant, Simone held leading positions at Accenture and Strategy&. Next to her consulting activities, Simone leads the startup LEZAY since 2017. The business model of Lezay is based on an App that simplifies and facilitates purchases of skin cosmetics combined with a accompanied measurement of users’ skin condition.
Manuel Schulze
Manuel Schulze has been an entrepreneur starting back in the days at university. After being active as a freelance consultant, he developed a Rocket Internet startup in the Philippines. After that he founded his own startup which is based on the location-based app hooomn/Saya.
By now Manuel is coaching companies in developing digital products and services, agile project management methods as well as in sales and business development topics. Next to his coaching activities, Manuel leads his own software boutique which is specified in the field of web and mobile application development.
Hans Oury
Hans Oury studied Electrical Engineering and Corporate Finance and has been active as an entrepreneur since 1997. He founded several IT- and consulting firms. Hans has plenty experience in building, scaling, financing as well as in M&A of consulting and tech companies. With his current company “expert group” he offers services in the fields of business coaching, investor, customer and talent acquisition.
Furthermore, he has been active at Innosuisse (Swiss agency for promoting innovation) for more than 10 years. With a team consisting of 20 coaches he supports innovative startups in the Zurich area.
Hans invests in selected startup firms and accompanies them either as coach or as member of the board.
Naomi Olofsson
Naomi has over 15 years experience in the individual and organizational development field and brings a blend of business insight and professional expertise to her work. She supports individuals in developing and communicating their strategic vision and the skills required to meet challenging business objectives.
Naomi has worked on all sides of the client engagement including selling business, partnering with clients to design solutions, delivering the services and managing and forging on-going client relationships with industries ranging from financial services to e-commerce. She has consulted with and provided services to executives in Sweden and internationally.
Next to her coaching activities, Naomi works as head of sales for a tech start-up company in Stockholm, Sweden.
