Japan Representative and President Google Cloud Japan G.K. 

Tomo Hirate is Japan Representative and President in Google Cloud Japan G.K., responsible for Cloud business and solutions for Japan market. Prior to joining Google Cloud Japan, he was Senior Vice President, Sales for Dell Inc. and Chairman, Representative Director for Dell Japan Inc. & EMC Japan K.K. He was responsible for Dell’s full suite of end-to-end business in Japan market regarding Sales, Marketing, Financials, Innovative solutions and Customer Relationship and Satisfactions. 

2019年11月にグーグル・クラウド・ジャパン合同会社の日本代表に就任。 日本市場向けのクラウドビジネスとソリューションを統括する。 現職以前は、デル株式会社 兼 EMCジャパン株式会社の代表取締役会長、代表取締役社長として、 日本法人全体の経営及びエンド・ツー・エンドソリューションを拡大し、2016年度日本市場におけるビジネスの大幅な成長を実現した。　

Kaori Negoro 

Head of Marketing - Google Cloud - JAPAN 

Kaori Negoro is Head of Marketing in Google Cloud Japan G.K., responsible for all the marketing plans and executions in Japan. Prior to that role, she was responsible for the marketing activities of Google Chrome launch in Japan (2008), Android launch (2009), Maps, Search and Google+. She acted as one of the core members of Google Crisis response in 2011-2013. Prior to joining Google, Kaori worked in marketing/communication at Mozilla Japan and product marketing at Amazon Japan. She graduated from the University of Tokyo, and holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Google の企業向けクラウドサービス「Google Cloud」の日本のマーケティング戦略の策定および実行を統括。2008 年グーグル株式会社に入社し、Google Chrome や Android の日本でのサービス開始に伴うマーケティングキャンペーンを担当。また、2011年3月11日の東日本大震災発生の日から、Google Crisis Response のコアメンバーとして活動、2013年5月に「イノベーション東北」を立ち上げる。東京大学文学部卒業後、日本たばこ株式会社に入社、M&Aプロジェクトに参画、商品開発等に携わり、2002年カーネギーメロン大学にて経営学修士号を取得。アマゾンジャパン、Mozilla Japan を経て、Google 株式会社に入社。「たかがMBAされどMBA ビジネス最前線11人の勇気ある仕事選び」共著
