Matthew Rivard, Head of Strategy and Product Acceleration at Google

Matthew Rivard leads teams responsible for developing and supporting our go-to-market product and activation strategy for Google & YouTube’s suite of advertising and measurement solutions. Rivard joined Google in 2010 and has held a variety of roles in a number of different areas including analytics, research & sales team management. Prior to Google he worked in both Engineering and product development roles. Matthew graduated from the University of Western with a BESc in Software Engineering and holds multiple patents in the areas of paid and organic search.

Brett Reed, Head of Talent and People at SnapTravel

Brett leads Talent and People at Snaptravel, a hypergrowth startup in the travel and machine learning space that has driven over $150MM in revenue over messaging. In the last 2 years since joining the team as Employee #10, Brett has helped scale Snaptravel to over 140 people across 4 countries, building and scaling both the Talent and HR processes to enable high-performing teams. Prior to Snaptravel, Brett led Talent teams at Bell and in the agency recruitment space.
