On February 4th, join Google Developers Founder Fridays to kick off the new year right, discussing Setting up your Startup for Success in 2022!

Defining clear and measurable goals for your startup is imperative when it comes to improving employee and team performance, learning from your successes and failures, and contributing to the overall growth of your company. As a founder, we want to help you get a jumpstart in 2022 and equip you with the tools to set up success metrics for you and your team with Google’s OKR method and understand how to glean insights from those metrics to boost performance.

Join us on February 4th for lightning talks and a live Q&A panel with Google experts and startup founders to discuss how to set your startup up for success.

Ashley Francisco currently serves as the Head of Startup Developer Ecosystems for Google Canada. She manages Google Canada's Accelerator programs, scaled startup ecosystem events, and Canadian partner engagement. Her goal is to bring the best of Google's people, programs, products and technology to startup teams across the country. Ashley is a professional marketer by trade with a diverse background in local and global brand building at Google, Visa, Mondelez and Kraft Foods.

Jason Scott

Head of Startup Developer Ecosystems, United States, Google

Jason came to Google in early 2018 as a Global Startup Programs Manager under Google Cloud. Today, he serves as Google's cross-functional US Startup Developer Ecosystem lead - managing Google's U.S.-based Accelerator programs and startup developer engagement strategy. In addition, he also remains an active seed investor, startup advisor, and the founder of FactionSF - a community for creatives, entrepreneurs, and early-stage investors. Prior to Google, he worked at a number of startups in the Bay Area, as well as on the investment team at Highland Capital Partners.

Paul Chavez

Head of Analytics and Insights, Finance and Travel, Google

Paul has been an analyst, seller, and now leader in Google’s Large Customer Sales business. He has advised clients in banking, insurance, travel, telecom, media, and retail on digital transformation and how to leverage digital marketing and platforms to help them connect with their customers and drive their business objectives. Prior to Google, Paul held a number of positions in equity research, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance investment banking at RBC Capital Markets.
