The Get Ahead registration process is comprised of two steps:

  1. Completing and submitting the short application form.
  2. Completing and submitting a coding assignment via Mimir Classroom. The link to this assignment will be shared with you via email right after you submit your registration form.

Both of these steps must be completed by July 12, 2021, the registration deadline, for your application to be considered complete. We ask that you submit your registration form via our site first, after which we will send you your individual link to the coding assignment in Mimir Classroom along with additional instructions to set you up for success. Please don’t be intimidated by the coding assignment - it isn’t meant to stump you! Instead, this assignment is intended to give the Tech Learning Series program team an idea of your current coding ability and where you might have gaps that this program could help to address. It’s also good practice for the program, as we’ll continue to use Mimir Classroom for other coding assignments throughout the six weeks.
