We would like to invite you to the Google Carbon Aware Computing Workshop!

The Google Carbon Aware Computing Workshop will take place virtually on Wednesday, June 16 - Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 8AM - 11:30AM PT.

The Google Carbon Aware Computing Workshop aims to bring together academics and industry to discuss modifying Data Center loads to help drive energy demand from carbon-free sources, like wind and solar. This two day virtual workshop will be interactive and will feature breakout sessions to facilitate discussion.

The host team from Google has designed and deployed Google’s carbon-intelligent system to shift flexible compute tasks towards carbon-free energy. We recognize that approaches to carbon-aware computing will vary between companies. The goal of this (virtual) convening is to stimulate conversation and accelerate diverse approaches across the industry.
