Vicky Hernandez Sepulveda, CEO at Crossing Bridges Consulting is one of 9 Google Digital Coaches in the United States. As a Google Digital Coach, Vicky facilitates workshops for small businesses. These small businesses receive guidance on how to improve their web presence and learn to reach new customers and grow online using Google’s online advertising platform, GoogleAds. SMB’s learn how to also use the free Google My Business listing, Google Analytics and an overview of GSuite and Google Supplier Diversity program and Grow with Google.
Prior to joining the Google Digital Coaches Program at Google Vicky was the Sr.Director of Small Business and International Events at the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Vicky was responsible for the development, delivery, and execution of all Small Business and International Initiatives including two of GAHCC Signature Events: Capital of Texas Awards and CELEBRANDO Austin. Vicky was also The GAHCC liaison for The Multi Ethnic Chamber Alliance working with the GAHCC, Austin Black Chamber of Commerce, The Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce, and The Austin LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. As the liaison for the GAHCC Vicky Collaborated with the other chamber leadership to bring Austin’s diverse business community quality events and educational topics for Small Business Owners.
Vicky’s passion for International Economic development led her to be a Mayor Adler appointed commissioner on the Austin Airport Boards and Commissions. Vicky also served as a committee member of the Air Force Task Committee at the Austin Chamber of Commerce. In the International space Vicky assisted and executed several Familiarization trips with Aeromar and Volaris airlines. As well as a Delegation with Mayor Adler and Consul of Mexico Carlos Gonzalez Gutierrez to Mexico City in December of 2016, while she was at the GAHCC. Vicky is also very active in the Austin Sister Cities Association for Saltillo Mexico. Vicky assists in planning activities to welcome delegations from Saltillo, Mexico. Originally from Houston Texas, where she attended the University of Houston. Vicky moved to Austin in 1997 to start her career in banking with Bank of America as Banking Center Manager. Vicky has been a volunteer at the GAHCC since 1998 and was honored with the volunteer of the year award in 2002; she is a graduate of the 2000 Hispanic Austin Leadership Class. Vicky has a passion for animal welfare and animal rescue organizations, Vicky loves writing and writes for several publications. When she is not contributing her time to animal causes she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling.
