Francilia Wilkins Rahim

R.F. Wilkins Consultants’ CEO and Founder, Francilla Wilkins Rahim, is an enthusiastic professional, who understands the fundamental and advanced concepts of leveraging and growing businesses. She has more than 13 years of successful multi-industry experience in strategizing, integrated marketing, brand development, fundraising, project management, and crisis management.

In 2011, she applied her corporate expertise in the development of R.F. Wilkins Consultants, a business management and development consulting firm dedicated to leveraging and expanding the success of the nation’s businesses. To date, she has spearheaded the company in raising more than $866 million in capital and project dollars for clients, managing diverse projects ranging from commercial property developments to non-profit program expansion, creating access to new markets and community stakeholders, structuring targeted MWBE initiatives for government, and facilitating the writing of numerous grants and proposals.

Francilia serves as Vice Chair of Brooklyn’s Pitkin Avenue Business Improvement District and Assistant Treasurer for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Queens Alumnae Chapter. She has also has served as Director of Economic Development for the National Black MBA Association-New York Metro Chapter, and Chair of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Queens Alumnae Chapter’s Economic Development Committee. She holds both a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from St. John’s University.
