We would like to invite you to Google’s Flood Forecasting Workshop!

In an effort to build a community engaged in the multidisciplinary effort of Flood Forecasting, Google is hosting the third annual Flood Forecasting Workshop. This workshop will bring together academic researchers, government partners and Google researchers to facilitate an exchange of ideas, share recent developments, and deepen collaborations in this important space.

The workshop will focus on the state of the art in data-driven and machine learning methods for hydrologic modeling, potential uses of new large datasets that have emerged in recent years, and paths towards large-scale flood forecasting with real-world impact.

This 3 day virtual workshop will include talks and discussion sessions designed to connect workshop guests. We’ll follow up with more details in the coming weeks, including invitations to submit talk proposals.

This workshop is by invite only. Registration for this workshop is closed.
