Just in time for World Book Day! Ara is on a new adventure, helping students around the world dream big and make their dreams come true through inclusive innovation.
Pupils and teachers, please join us for an interactive lesson and celebration of the book, Ara the Dream Innovator. Author and Googler Komal Singh will share insights alongside other Googlers and Google Certified Innovators in the UK and Canada.
This STEAM book is for young innovators everywhere and is the much-anticipated companion to Ara the Star Engineer. The book spotlights the innovation journey, introducing readers to what it takes to create a start-up, and turn ideas into reality. This adventure is perfect for Reception to Year 4 classes, though all are welcome to attend this exciting event!
Bring your dreams and ideas
During this lesson, students will follow along with Ara as we learn how to bring our ideas to life as Komal reads us the story. This wouldn’t be a celebration of innovation without some prizes! All classes who register for this event are entered into a draw to win a signed copy of the Ara the Dream Innovator book! Commence with sustainable action
After the lesson, teachers will be provided with a set of resources related to literacy and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Pupils will be able to continue to apply innovative thinking to design solutions for the SDGs and more.
