Jochen Eisinger

Director of Engineering

Jochen is a Director of engineering at Google, currently responsible for making Chrome the most trustworthy and safest tool for browsing the web. He has worked on various parts of Chrome for the past 9 years, starting as a software engineer in the Munich Chrome team working on privacy features.

Daniel Clifford

Principal Software Engineer

Daniel leads an engineering team at Google in Munich that is focused on building and optimizing critical parts of the Web Platform in Chrome, Google's cross-platform web browser. His team is responsible for the V8 virtual machine for JavaScript and WebAssembly, as well as for building low-level Web capabilities in Chrome and ensuring the security of Web Platform APIs. Previous to joining Google in 2010, Daniel spent many years as an engineer in (and sometimes leader of) teams building complex software systems, gathering experience at companies like Apple, Netscape, Amazon and Avid Technology.

 Janina Voigt

Staff Software Engineer and Manager

Janina has been working at Google for more than four years and manages a team in Munich that works on signing users into their Google accounts. Janina joined Google directly after her PhD in October 2014. Before that, she completed an internship at Google in 2011 when the Munich office was much smaller than it is today.

Ganesh Shankar

Senior Product Manager

Ganesh leads a team of product managers on Google’s Corporate Engineering team, focused on making Googlers the happiest and most productive workforce in the world, and extending GSuite Enterprise products with the technology that helped Google scale. Hailing from Australia, Ganesh started his career as a biomedical engineer, founded an education startup while travelling Asia, and for the last six years has worked as a Product Manager at Google in Sydney, London and Munich.

Meagan Timney

Staff UX Researcher

Meagan Timney is a UX Research Lead at Google in Mountain View, California. She joined Google in 2016, and currently oversees key enterprise research efforts and strategy for Stadia. Prior to Google, Meagan managed the user experience team at Inkling, a digital publishing startup in San Francisco, CA. She has worn many hats, including designer, researcher, and manager, at small agencies, Silicon Valley startups, and now Google.
