The program runs across three days, please see below information for each event:

All content will be presented in English throughout the day.
This is an invite-only event. If you know someone would can benefit from this event, please email europe-events@google.com and request an invitation.
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate for all requests, we cannot guarantee an invitation.
If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, please email europe-events@google.com to notify our team of your schedule change.
In typical Google style, we’ll have plenty of bites and beverages throughout the evening.
We’re casual at Google, so please wear whatever you’re most comfortable in.

Travel Grant FAQs
This section is restricted and applicable only to those who have been confirmed to attend the event as a travel grant recipient.
The grant is offered to those who have been invited to the event travelling from abroad or a location over 120km from the Munich area. You will receive the reimbursement up to 200 EUR. You must be 18 years of age or older and must be able to attend the full event. You understand and agree that travel contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death. In no event will Google, its affiliates, or agents, be liable for any harm, damage, claim, loss or other action arising out of your travel to or from the event.
Please first check with the relevant authorities to determine the required documents and arrangements. If you require a visa letter, you can send a request to europe-events@google.com. Google will not be able to contact an embassy on your behalf.
You will be responsible for all arrangements of travelling to and from Munich as well as accommodation to stay in Munich.
Google will reimburse you the expenses after the event via bank transfer. Please keep all receipts until you receive the payment as proof of travel may be requested. After the event, you’ll be contacted by our third-party vendor, Plus Relocation (PR), for help with reimbursement.
The grant is non-transferrable and must be redeemed by you and only you.
No, travel grant recipients are not covered by Google's corporate travel insurance, nor can we guarantee you'll be covered under any government health care schemes. We advise you to take out your own policy for medical coverage and repatriation before you travel.
