The summit is an invite-only event for Google's Product Experts.  

If you did not receive a Save the Date and you believe you should have, please reach out to your Community Manager.

We take your feedback to heart when we send out event recap surveys and one of the biggest pieces of feedback that we received after last year’s Regional Top Contributor Summits was that Top Contributors all wanted to be together. That said, this year we had to choose between hosting regional meet-ups for both TCs and RSs, or holding a global summit to bring Top Contributor together in one place. While we know this might be disappointing news for our Rising Stars, we hope that you're excited to all be together again in Sunnyvale!

The Summit will give you an opportunity to attend informational and educational sessions, spend time with and give feedback to Google Product Teams, and socialize with Google Community Managers and your peers. We hope you'll leave the regional summit with a fuller understanding of Google and our products, as well as a stronger relationships with Product Experts and Community Managers.

Yes. It is our intention that all Product Experts will stay at the Santa Clara Marriott Hotel.

Yes. A guest may join you on your trip and attend the welcome reception, but they may not attend any other portion of the summit. Google can not issue a visa support letter for your guest. Please note the travel agency can book flights for (1) companion guest at your expense. Should you wish to have a guest with you at the welcome reception or in your room, please indicate this preference during the registration process. There is no additional charge to have one guest in your hotel sleeping room. See Travel section for more information.

No. Please wear whatever you are comfortable in.

These devices are not required, but please feel free to bring whatever device you like.

We will provide meals during the summit starting with dinner on October 31st.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided at Google Event Center on November 1st. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on November 2nd. We can not reimburse for other meals purchased, including hotel room service or in-flight meals.
