What is the Top Contributor Program?
The Top Contributor Program is Google’s external superuser program that creates a community of experts by enabling our most passionate product users to help others get the most out of Google. This Fall, we’re rebranding the program to be Google’s Product Experts, which will include a new look to our community of Top Contributors. We’re unveiling our new look at Google’s Product Experts Summit 2018!
Google’s Product Experts Summit 2018
The Product Experts Summit (formerly Top Contributor Summit) is a Google-hosted event bringing together Product Experts (PES) from across the world. PES will listen to innovative speakers, attend product specific breakout sessions, and follow up each day with a fun social event where they can interact with their fellow PES and get face time with their favorite Google Community Managers!
This event is an opportunity to engage in-person with Google’s PES, recognizing them for their passion for Google’s customer support channels and driving an increase in their support-focused engagement post-summit. The summit also allows Google direct interaction with our "super users" to gain actionable product feedback and insights.
