Ariel

Ariel Bruce 
Ariel Bruce is a Channels Specialist, focused on finding and bringing incredible software engineering talent to Google. She began her career at Google as an intern, and began full time after graduating from Howard University in Washington, DC. Ariel currently resides not too far from Dallas (if you consider that three hour drive down to Austin "not too far"!), and is excited to be a part of Sandbox down in the heart of Texas! 

Jonathan

Jonathan Dierksen
Jonathan Dierksen is a Software Engineer, Tools and Infrastructure, at Google in Kirkland, WA. His work at Google includes test tooling for Google Compute Engine and build infrastructure for Hangouts mobile apps. Jonathan hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids and playing a lot of video games. He also plays a lot of video games at work, but that's another story.

Brad

Brad Dux
Brad Dux is the TL and Manager for the Cluster EngProd team. He has been working at Google for nearly 6 years. The Cluster EngProd team is currently a team of 13 engineers (Test Engineers, Software Engineer, Tools and Infrastructure, and Software Engineers). This team works to ensure we are able to quickly deliver high quality cluster software to the fleet. Cluster software is the software we use to control how and where our jobs run in our data centers.

Craig

Craig Fuget
Craig Fuget is a Test Engineer in Platforms, the organization responsible for specifying, designing and developing equipment for Google's data centers.  He specializes in testing server designs. He comes to Google after a long career at a commercial server vendor, where he was hired as a result of his thesis, "A Test Suite for the C Compiler/language Standardization". Craig is an avid competitor in the Platforms Tester Games, which involve attempting to set servers on fire using only software.  Points are also given for widest scatter pattern of failing parts.

George

George Guirgis
George Guirgis was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt and moved to Seattle when he was 14. George is married with two children, a 9 year old son and a 7 year old daughter. George has been at Google for 5 years, first as an engineering sourcer and now as an engineering recruiter for Seattle. What George loves about Google is the culture and specifically how we foster an inclusive environment where everyone can feel safe and respected.

Titir

Titir Kundu
Titir Kundu joined Google as an eng-resident and is now a software engineer. Titir works in the beautiful Kirkland office located in the pacific northwest for the Cloud eng-prod team (GCE-Eng Prod). During the times when she is not working, Titir likes to cook, hike and paint. Titir loves food and would love any local food suggestions you might have. Titir is looking forward to meeting everyone.

Sage

Sage LaTorra
Sage LaTorra is a Senior Test Engineer at Google where he works across across a number of communication products including Allo and Duo. His work includes hermetic partial-app testing across platforms, improving feedback flows, and better bug management. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from New Mexico Tech. Outside of work he is the co-designer of an award-winning tabletop roleplaying game and generally incredibly nerdy.

Karin

Karin Lundberg
Karin Lundberg has been a software engineer for 15+ years and is currently the Engineering Productivity lead for several Communications projects at Google. She has worked at Google for 7+ years focusing on building tools, frameworks and infrastructure that allows us to scale our products across millions of users.

Schuyler

Schuyler Manchester
Schuyler Manchester has worked as a software engineer with a variety of emphasis (full stack, backend, tools & infrastructure) for over 7 years. He received his BS and MS from Utah State University, where his thesis was on Combinatorial Prioritization of User Session Based Test Suites. He's worked on department of health contracts, at Amazon/AWS, a Seattle based startup, and is now at Google working in Google Compute Engine.

Emily

Emily Miao
Emily Miao graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in 2016. While there, she did a full year internship at Intel Canada where she worked on digital verification of high speed SerDes. She joined Google's Platforms team right after graduating and works on test development for storage devices, specifically HDD's.

Mike

Mike Weatherford
Mike Weatherford studied classical philosophy at the University of Idaho and Computer Science at the University of Arizona. He has been with Google for two years, working as a test engineer on messaging products such as Hangouts and Allo. His current work focuses primarily around full-app test automation and system health monitoring on real devices. When not working, he enjoys tabletop games and complaining about messaging products.

Augustine

Augustine Wiah
Augustine Wiah graduated from the University of Oklahoma where he studied Marketing. Prior to Google, he spent 3 years as a Technical Recruiter doing full-cycle recruitment. He’s currently a technical recruiter the Software Engineers, Tools and Infrastructure team at Google. He's passionate about working with diversity and bringing the best of Google to candidates in his daily experiences. He's thankful for the opportunity to be here and looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible.

Eric Yan
Eric Yan has worked at Google for 10 years. He leads the Cloud EngProd - Networking team. He has a passion for improving engineering productivity and would like to solve the challenges faced by developers during the development and release process.
