Overview
The Google Women in Tech Mentoring Program is a free virtual mentoring program aimed towards developing talent from groups historically underrepresented in tech and promoting women in tech. The program gives women in tech who are studying in Poland the opportunity to have 1:1 mentoring sessions with a Google engineer and to focus on their career development and opportunities in the tech industry.
Selected students will receive an opportunity to participate in the Google Tech Mentoring Program that includes:

Individual mentoring sessions with a Google engineer focused on maximizing strengths and developing areas for improvement, strengthening tech skills, developing soft skills, and conducting mock interviews

Virtual Group Sessions - CV and Interview Workshop
It is a great chance to grow your network, broaden your technical skill set, and learn more about the industry best practices!
Eligibility
The Google Tech Mentoring Program is open to students who identify themselves as women and are currently studying Computer Science or a related subject at a university in Poland.
Applicants must be eligible for Google internships (graduating later than October 2022), and studying computer science or a related technical subject.
