Alice Chang
Founder & CEO of MamilLove and My83
Alice Chang is the Founder and CEO of MamiLove and My83. MamiLove is the largest community-based eCommerce for moms and families in Taiwan. My83 (pronunciation in Chinese is similar to "buying insurance") is the leading Internet-based insurance matching site in Taiwan, aiming to solve the information asymmetry in insurance buying. MamiLove is the exclusive online distributor in Taiwan for Akachan Honpo, the biggest baby product retail chain in Japan. My83 was selected first place in the Fintech category in DEMO CHINA 2014. Both services originated from her own needs as a parent.
Before moving back to Taiwan, Alice worked as Partner Technology Manager on YouTube and Chromebook projects at Google Mountain View office. She received the OC Award from Google’s Operating Committee for her work on YouTube Content Identification project which enables YouTube to serve and monetize copyrighted content globally.
Alice has a Master’s degree in Computer Science in artificial intelligence and machine learning from Stanford University. Alice also holds a Master’s in Management Science from Stanford University.
Amanda Jordan
Strategic Partnerships, Google and Director, Downlights
Amanda has been a Googler for nearly 10 years. In the end of 2019 she invested in a company called Downlights NZ, a candle company and later in February 2020, her subsequent performance led to being offered a directorship with the company. Downlights is a New Zealand owned certified social enterprise that employs young Kiwis with Down syndrome and learning or intellectual disabilities to offer them meaningful work opportunities while being paid the living wage. She is also currently running a fundraiser to break down even more inclusion barriers for Downlights Crew.
Caesar Sengupta
Vice President, Payments and NBU, Google
Caesar is Vice President of Payments and the Next Billion Users (NBU) initiative at Google. He leads both product and engineering teams for Google’s payments solutions such as Google Pay, and is responsible for Google’s product strategy for high user growth countries like India, Indonesia, Brazil and Nigeria. His team builds new sets of apps and tools for a more inclusive access to the internet, like Android Go and Files, and also products that provide employment opportunities, like Kormo. They also work with other teams at Google to improve existing products with features like low-bandwidth and offline modes.
Caesar has more than 15 years of experience developing consumer and enterprise technology products. Before joining Google, he held engineering and research positions at Encentuate Inc. (a Singapore startup acquired by IBM) and Hewlett Packard Labs in Palo Alto. He holds 16 patents in Operating Systems design and Expert Finding Systems.
Caesar has a master's in computer science with a distinction in research from Stanford University, where he was awarded the Christofer Stephenson Memorial Award for the best master's research. Caesar also has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Jemma Wei
Writer, Host, Travel Blogger
Jemimah Wei is a writer and host based in Singapore and New York. She’s a Singapore National Arts Council Scholar and a 2020 Felipe P. De Alba Fellow at Columbia University. Her work has appeared in SmokeLong Quarterly (finalist, Flash Fiction Award 2020), X-R-A-Y Literary magazine (Best of XRAY, Fall 2020), Quarterly Literary Review Singapore, JMWW journal, and époque press, amongst others. Presently a columnist for No Contact magazine, she is at work on a novel and several television projects.
Jennifer Del Bel

Jennifer is the founder and managing director of Downlights NZ, a NZ owned social enterprise she began in 2018 after meeting Tony and Emma Sykes. Emma, who has Down syndrome could not get a job after leaving school and Jennifer and her candle company were in a position to help. Jennifer is a talented and creative candlemaker and she is passionate and committed to the brand and puts her heart and soul into nurturing the young adults that join the team.
Jennifer is a natural born seller with a creative mind that thrives on new product development and market research. Under Jennifer's management and expertise Downlights has grown to include many young Kiwis with disabilities. Jennifer is a finalist for the Attitude Impact Award in the 2020 and was nominated for Kiwibank's New Zealander of the Year in 2019.

Mari Nogami
President, Takeda Consumer Healthcare Company Ltd.
Ms. Mari Nogami is the president of Takeda Consumer Healthcare Company Ltd. from Sep. 2018. She started her career in The Procter & Gamble Company in Japan, and worked in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) categories followed by skin care and cosmetics where she became a marketing director for Japan and Korea, and then business unit head for Japan in 2006. She also led Asia Brand Operation and marketing function as a general manager/vice president in P&G for 2 years, and then moved to AstraZeneca K.K. in 2012 as the head of Primary Care business in Japan. In 2015, she moved to Sweden as the head of inhale respiratory brands in Global Portfolio and Product Strategy group for 2 years, then moved back to Japan in 2017 as the head of respiratory business unit. Mari is married with Yoshiharu, and has a daughter, Riku (19 years old) and a son, Tetta (16 years old). She enjoys running and triathlon in her free time.
Madhuri Duggirala

She joined Google in 2016 and is a Senior Director in Google India and leads Ads Media serves a globally spread out team with a presence in 10 countries, 4 continents managing services and operations across multiple regions and languages to support advertisers at scale and enable customer success.
Prior to that, her last stint was as the Senior Director of Engineering at Microsoft where she spent 12 years in Seattle, USA and Hyderabad, India on Windows Services, Windows Phone and Cloud Applications. Prior to that, she worked at a Broadband wireless startup and services organization for 6 years primarily in Europe, India and North America.
She is a strategic thinker, highly results-driven, passionate mentor who values inclusiveness and diversity and deeply believes in aligning teams around common mission and goals to deliver high impact. Built and led strong, high performing and talented teams, created an environment to empower and motivate team members to bring their best and achieve maximum potential.
On the personal front, she is married to Satya, who is an Engineering Director in Salesforce, Hyderabad. They have 10 year old twins, a boy and a girl, Nirvaan and Moksha. Roman Matla

Roman’s professional career spans over 24 years in a variety of Technology, Human Capital and Business Analysis leadership roles within the investment banking, mining and resources and technology industries across North America and the Asia Pacific region.
In August 2020, Roman joined Google as APAC Director of Diversity and Employee Engagement based in Singapore. In this role, Roman and his team are responsible for delivering a globally aligned yet regionally tailored DEI strategy and set of initiatives that support Google’s business opportunities around the region.
Roman graduated with honours from Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Toronto, Canada where he majored in Business Administration and Marketing. He has made Singapore his home for the past 18 years along with his wife Heather and two children Alex and Kalyna.
Sayumi Hiroki
Head of Industry at Accelerator, LCS Japan
Sayumi joined Google in 2014 and is leading 2 sales teams in charge of: i) fast-growing large customers and ii) government. She is also an experienced marketer who had worked at Procter & Gamble, MARS, and Unilever as a brand manager for local and regional roles. At Procter & Gamble, she was transferred to Singapore to lead a regional marketing team.
In her private life she has been involved in volunteer activities to support disabled people for more than 20 years, and at Google participated in ‘GATE’ (Google Accessibility To Everyone) for the same purpose. She is a mother of a 2-year boy and a 5-year girl. She enjoys trekking with her family as a hobby.
Tanisa Dhingra
Specialist, Industry and Research Programs, Google India
Tanisa Dhingra currently works for Google and hails from Delhi, India. She has completed her Bachelors in Commerce (Hons) from University of Delhi. In 2016, at the age of 23, she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. She moved to USA for treatment and with her grit, was able to successfully recover fully. Post that, she has consistently dedicated her personal life to work towards cancer patients. She organizes fundraisers and events with various hospitals in Delhi NCR to help patients detoxify from the taboo associated with cancer. All her events are attended by over 100 patients and caregivers and have been covered in national news as “one of a kind”.
She is also actively involved in counseling cancer patients and spreading awareness about the disease. Till date, she has spoken at 15+ platforms, corporates and schools. She also writes articles on Medium about her journey and hopes to open her own NGO one day.
Veronica Utami
Head of Marketing, Google Indonesia/Philippines/SEA Next Billion Users
Veronica joined Google in April, 2015. Before that, she had years of experience as a marketer in the consumer goods industry, including her last role at Total Oil Indonesia and a career before that with Procter & Gamble. She has held regional roles in Singapore and Bangkok and was listed as one of the Top 25 Young Marketers to watch by SWA in 2009 and 99 Most Inspiring Women 2019 by Globe Asia.
At Google her job is more than marketing products to users and advertisers. Her role is to help transform the digital ecosystem -- from users and creators to publishers and advertisers -- into a growth engine for the Indonesian economy.
Outside of work Veronica is a Brand Advisor for indorelawan.org and she counts playing board games and watching movies with her two sons, aged nine and seven, as one of her favorite pastimes. She and her husband, a professional chef also own their own cooking school (www.joyful-cooking.com).
