An issue to address
Many of us struggle in one way or another when it comes to talking about our own accomplishments.
Cultural and gender modesty norms as well as an impostor syndrome can prevent anyone from seeing their remarkable attributes and expressing their achievements.
This is especially true for underrepresented groups, who have been affected disproportionately by these current unprecedented times.
What is #IamRemarkable?
#IamRemarkable is a global Google initiative that strives to empower everyone, particularly women and underrepresented groups, to celebrate their achievements in the workplace and beyond. Founded by Anna Vainer.
At the heart of the #IamRemarkable initiative is a 90-minute workshop that helps participants learn the importance of self-promotion in their personal and professional life, equip them with tools to develop this skill set, and invite them to challenge the social perception around self-promotion.
To date, #IamRemarkable has reached 200K+ participants and 800+ companies across 150+ countries, with the help of 8K+ facilitators.

We have kicked-off this amazing week with a panel discussion of 8 inspiring personalities with remarkable accomplishments under their belt: Thierry Geerts, Ibrahim Ouassari, Sylvie Irzi, Hassan Al Hilou, Karen Boers, Karen Massin, Isabelle Bollaert and Youssef Kobo will share their knowledge and experience in order to inspire us, to encourage us and help all those who wish to lead the change.
