If you have any questions that are not in the FAQ below, please write to us at indonesia-games-contest@google.com

Q: I’m from a country not eligible to enter. Can I still submit?

A: Unfortunately, you will not be eligible to enter. This contest is only open to game developers from Indonesia.

Q: My game isn’t ready yet. Can I fill in the submission form and edit it closer to the submission deadline?

A: We will start reviewing submissions as soon as we get them. Please only submit your game once you feel it’s ready to be reviewed.

Q: My game is still in beta stage. Can I still submit my game?

A: Sorry, the contest is only open for games that are available for download on Google Play. Please make sure that your game is published at the time of your submission.

Q: I submitted my game but I didn’t get the Google Cloud Platform credits, what can I do?

A: If you didn’t receive the Google Cloud Platform credits it’s probably because your submission to the contest isn’t eligible (for example, you are not based out of Indonesia, your game may have been launched before 1 Jan’16 etc. Read our terms & conditions page for more details)

Q: When will you start trying out the games that are submitted?

A: We will start reviewing submissions as soon as we get them. Please only submit your game once you feel it’s ready to be reviewed.

Q: I submitted a game, when will I know if I’ve been shortlisted?

A: We will announce the finalists on 5th April. You’ll receive an email/call about it; also make sure you follow the Google Indonesia social channels.

Q: What if I’m shortlisted but can’t make it to the final event in Jakarta, do I still have a chance to win some of the other prizes?

A: If you’re selected as a finalist and cannot make it for the showcase and pitch, then you can’t win any of the higher prizes.
