Grow with Google is an initiative that draws on our 20-year history of building products, platforms, and services that help people and businesses grow. Through Grow with Google, we aim to help everyone across America – those who make up the workforce of today and the students who will drive the workforce of tomorrow – access the best of Google’s training and tools to grow their skills, careers, and businesses.

Grow with Google Digital Coaches deliver local digital skills training and coaching that help diverse small businesses, particularly in Black and Latinx communities, reach new customers, thrive online, and grow their business.The Coaches themselves are respected entrepreneurs, small business owners and influential community leaders who understand the unique needs of your business.

As a business owner, you will receive guidance on improving your web presence, learn how to reach new customers online and grow your business using Google's marketing platforms and online tools.

That’s right, there is no cost to attend the Grow with Google Black Small Business Meetup.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to offer complimentary parking for this event. Instead of driving, we highly encourage the use of public transportation or ride-share services. The Google DC office is less than two blocks from Union Station (Red Line).

We’ll provide a notebook and pen for you to take notes with, but you are more than welcome to also bring your own laptop. Also consider bringing a light sweater or jacket just in case.

Unfortunately, this means the event is at capacity and we’re unable to take any additional guests for the event. Although it’s unlikely, if we do happen to have extra space on event day, we will create a stand-by line and admit guests on a first-come, first-served basis. We'll do our best to let you in, but it is not guaranteed. If you aren't able to register for the event, we encourage you to check out our online resources at google.com/grow. 

Only guests who registered online will be guaranteed to attend the event. If we have extra spots on the day of the event, we'll do our best to accommodate those who did not register ahead of time.

Yes, we will serve a light breakfast and lunch, plus we'll have snacks and refreshments available for you to enjoy during the event. And don’t forget we will end the day with a networking happy hour!

All businesses and allies are welcome! Most of the content will be tailored for Black-owned businesses but if your business or organization serves Black-owned businesses this event could be great for you as well.
