I am a Lean Entrepreneur. I am a Lean Teacher.

Lean Startup is my favorite tool but I have many to help them minimize waste, reduce risk, go faster, and ultimately succeed faster.

I travel the world mentoring, teaching, consulting and coaching teams and individuals at places like KauffmanLabs, TechPeaks, Bizdom, Numa Paris, StartupIstanbul, Startup Chile, TurkishWIN, FastForward Ramallah, AOL, ESPN, NEWSCORP, AMEX and others who don't want their competition to know just how valuable it can be to run the types of experiments I teach.

Jonathan Tiret

Jonathan Tiret

 Lead Engineer at SnapCar

It all started in 2005 when I was 16, surfing the Internet, chatting and playing video games like many other teenagers. While I was discovering browser based online games, I just realized: "What if I made my own game?". 6 months later, Dino Gaïa — a dinosaur breeding simulation website — was born. In fact, I already had a couple of Web dev skills at that time. I also had wild dreams that I wanted to share with people.

In 12 months, I brought Dino Gaïa from just an idea to a successful Internet company and one of the most popular games in the online French gaming landscape of that time: Dino Gaïa counted up to 909,000 visits and 42,645,000 page views every single month in 2006 (source: XiTi). I created the company, imagined the far-fetched game scenario, drew out the gameplay, designed the interface, developed the software, launched marketing actions, made partnerships, managed accountancy, etc. Then, I studied computer science at EFREI, an engineering school in the Paris region, maintaining Dino Gaïa simultaneously.
