Carlo Moltrasio is a Consultant at Bain & Company. He is a member of the Consumer products and Retail practices with a primary expertise in luxury goods, fashion and luxury supply chain, from textile to leather. He has supported several luxury brands on issues such as branding and marketing, market research on consumers behavior, digital strategy and strategic positioning. His most recent work has been focused on supporting high-end players in the understanding in a millennial-minded customers and in crafting strategies to address them. Carlo is a contributing author to the IP of Bain & Company Global Luxury Goods vertical.

Case Lead, Bain & Company

Angelo Castello is a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company. He is a member of the consumer goods and retail practices with a primary expertise in fashion and luxury goods, high-end furniture design and luxury hospitality. During his career in Bain Angelo has supported a wide range of luxury players across all elements of their value proposition. In particular, he has worked on projects of brand portfolio management; brand positioning and rebranding strategy; product, merchandising and pricing strategy; retail planning. He has also been a contributing author to the "Bain luxury study" and "The Bain design market monitor". In the more recent context of a turbulent luxury market, he has been advising luxury brands on developing a strategic approach to address an evolving, and rapidly shifting, customer base. He holds a PhD from the University College London and a MA/BA from the University of Cambridge.

His work at Google is about getting human insight out of all kinds of information, from small scale survey data to planet-scale behavioural data, and putting it to work to help marketers understand their audiences and make better informed decisions.

Tomas Roope

Zoo Creative Lead, Google

Tomas Roope RDI is the Group Creative Lead for Google ZOO in EMEA and has been a leading digital practitioner since 1993. In 1995 he co-founded Anitrom, a company which was awarded “The most Outstanding Contribution to Digital Culture” during Internet Week’s Digital Archaeology in 2010 Antirom continued until 1999 when Tom went on to co-found the also highly acclaimed ‘Tomato Interactive’. He has taught at several universities including product design at the Royal College of Art, and produced installations for a number of international exhibitions. Tom is an Honorary Royal Designer for Industry (awarded by the Royal Society of Arts), and is in the BIMA Digital Hall of Fame. He founded The Rumpus Room in 2007 to harness the power of co-creation and align this activity with brand communication. Tom’s work was integral to the the company being recognized with some of the highest accolades, by award bodies including D&AD, Cannes, One Show, CLIOs and Brit Insurance Design of the Year . Tom joined the Google Zoo in early 2016.

Kate currently works as program manager for Google Arts & Culture in London and Paris, where she manages projects with museums and arts organisations around the world at the intersection of culture and technology. Earlier this year, Kate and team unveiled the We Wear Culture project which is a global initiative that brought 3,000 years of fashion online. Previously, she worked in publishing at Condé Nast in New York. Ms. Lauterbach studied Art History and Marketing and holds a MBA from INSEAD.

Head of Display Central Europe, with Google now since 6 years and last the 3 years solely working on display and audience solutions. Kristina is leading our multi million dollar display business in Central Europe. She is the head of a team of display specialist whilst still working as a display specialist herself, on all different types of clients and countries. Her main focus is to find the right customized automated solution for her clients based on business goals and maturity of the overall marketing strategy. She is your best business partner if you are looking to reach the perfect audience at the right time with your customized message.

Sharon Stovezky

Product Manager, Google Assistant. 

Sharon is a product manager on the Google Assistant team, where she focuses on developing NLP technologies around representing and resolving context. She works on several quality efforts to better understand and help users with their everyday tasks. Prior to the Assistant team, Sharon was working on Google Calendar, where she led the recently launched new Google Calendar UI. Before Google, she worked as a consultant on the Private Equity Group of Bain & Company. Sharon received an honors A.B. in Economics and Computer science from Harvard (Phi Beta Kappa).
