The hotel is Intercontinental Miami .The summit will take place at the same hotel. 

• We cover March 28th, March 29th, March 30th nights for the hotel. The checkout will be March 31st. 
  • Check-in time: 3:00 pm
  • Check-out time: 12:00 pm
• Early check-ins will be granted based on availability and are subject appropriate fees, but may require a reservation the night prior depending on occupancy. Late checkout requests are reviewed on an individual basis and must be approved by the Front Desk Manager on day of departure. Once approved the following rate structure will apply: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm $50.00 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm $100.00 after 6:00 pm full day room rate
• Kindly refrain from using porterage service as it will incur additional charge. The NA GDG Summit 2019 covers hotel room cost, taxes and service charges for the nights of 28-30 Mar 2019 only. Guests will be responsible for the cost of other items such as mini bar, spa, room services, etc.
• You will share a room with one person unless the rooming list says you have a single room (Single rooms had been requested due to health, family issues.)
