Beat the rush and check in for your badges on Tuesday. If you miss the check in on Tuesday, come during any of the other times listed below. The Hospitality Desk will have your badges after 9am Wed and on Thursday.
Please wear your badge at all times. No one will be admitted to the conference without it. Thanks.

Logistics
When and where will the 2018 Partner Summit be held?
The 2018 summit will take place on Wednesday, October 31st and Thursday, November 1st at The Hilton Union Square, San Francisco (333 O’Farrell Street, San Francisco, CA 94102). Use this passkey link to book your hotel by Oct 12th.
Who is eligible to attend the 2018 partner summit?
The 2018 summit is only open to members of Google Marketing Platform Partners. Direct clients or outside users are not eligible to attend the summit.
Will the event be live streamed? The event will not be live streamed.
Will the event be recorded? Yes, the main stage sessions will be recorded and shared with the Partner network post event. The demo booth areas and the smaller breakout sessions will not be recorded.
What meals are provided through the event?
Breakfast, lunch, and a light snack will be provided each day.
How can we stay up to date on major summit announcements?
Major event announcements will be sent to the Partner Announcement alias. To join this alias, please request access here with your business email address. We process requests within 2 business days.
Is the event subject to the event code of conduct for partners? Yes. Please review the code of conduct here.
Travel
Is there a hotel discount for Partners? The group rate of $289 a night plus applicable taxes, is available from October 27th to November 5th. The deadline to use this discount is Friday, Oct 12th. Partners and Googlers can book a room at the Hilton using this hotel passkey link. Please register today!
Are Partners responsible for their own flight arrangements? Yes, Partners are responsible for booking and paying for their flights to and from the summit.
What are the closest airport for the event?
The event is closest to SFO (San Francisco International Airport).
Is parking available at the hotel? Yes. Self parking costs $62.70/day. Valet parking costs $76.38/day.

Tickets
Can we buy additional tickets? Yes, you can purchase tickets at $1,500 per seat; the deadline is Oct 15th. To do so, please email GMPSummit2018@TravelHQ.com with the number of tickets you would like to purchase.
In the case that I cannot attend at the last minute, am I able to transfer my registration?
If something comes up and you need to cancel or transfer your registration, you will be able to on the registration site. You can only transfer your registration to collueges within the same organization.
