Google Sandbox brings local tech communities and Googlers together

Have you ever wondered what being a Googler is really like?

Attendees will experience Google's technology, development, and engineering principles through tech talks, panels and access to Google engineers. The afternoon program will deep dive into the technological achievement and complexities of several Google products. Attendees will explore Machine Learning possibilities and learn about the architecture that enables us to build and run large-scale distributed and fault-tolerant systems.

Though open to everyone, the program has a focus on people from communities and backgrounds that have been historically underrepresented in the tech industry. Applications are now closed.

Google Sandbox is inspired by the software development term "sandbox", an environment for experimentation, testing, and learning. Whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned professional, a software engineer or a sales executive, the Google Sandbox program reflects a wide range of professional talent and focus areas. Google Sandbox will be an opportunity to make new connections, interact with Googlers in authentic, intimate settings, explore Google career opportunities, and get a peek behind the curtain at a bit of the Google magic.
