Ákos has been working at Google for 9 years. He is an application developer and project manager to improve development productivity. His current focus is improving the quality of the software development process based on static and dynamic metrics. Using and teaching the Go programming language at Google and in Budapest.

Anita George

Technical Program Manager, Google London

Anita is a Technical Program Manager at Google and works with SRE engineers on the challenging problem of measuring and improving the reliability for Mobile Apps. Previous to that she worked as a Business Analyst and Software Engineer at JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs working on their complex commodities trading systems. In her spare time, Anita enjoys baking and is the mother of two cheeky and strong young girls.

Cezary Piekacz

Technical Program Manager, Google Warsaw

Cezary is a Technical Program Manager on the Google Compute Engine team working on VM management automation, i.e. auto-scaling, auto-healing, auto-updating, rightsizing recommendations as well as SSL certificates auto-provisioning and auto-renewals. Prior to joining Google he worked as a software developer in automotive and mobile technology industry and later was responsible for leading implementation projects of GIS and WFM systems for energy and heating companies. Cezary is certified in Prince2 and Scrum methodologies, with many years of experience in project and program management, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams of varying sizes, requirements analysis and management, software development and quality control.

Emilee Bunker

Lead, Talent Programs & Events, Google London

From the US but based in London, Emilee is the EMEA lead for employer branding and talent engagement strategies to grow Google’s technical functions. As a supporter of Google’s culture of innovation, she advocates for teams to focus on culture and talent in order to drive innovation. She’s been at Google for 6 years and has been based in three different offices during her time there. Emilee enjoys indoor cycling and traveling during her spare time.

Georgina Wilcox

Site Reliability Engineer, Google London

Georgina is a Site Reliability Engineer at Google, working on the team that is responsible for making sure that user traffic gets from the internet to the Google servers and back again. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Sydney, where she started off studying mathematics and philosophy before she accidentally enrolled in a programming course. Computer science turned out to be a lot more interesting than she expected, and she hasn't looked back since (although she still has the math degree).

Gökdeniz Karadağ

Site Reliability Engineer, Google Dublin

Gökdeniz has been working at Google Site Reliability Engineering since 2013, first on the Adwords system, then on Google Assistant. Mainly trying to ensure the pattern of lights is —almost— never wrong. Their focus has been in the release and rollout automation space; ensuring that a new version of binaries, data or configs are tested and canaried properly, before rolling out to production environment, to reduce chances of outages. Gökdeniz has a BSc and MSc in Computer Engineering, and is a former academic. They are interested in nature walks, casual biking, and computer games. Also, they are a proponent of software freedom, and stronger ethical principles in tech industry.

Kirill Evreinov

Google Cloud Customer Engineer, Google Dublin

Kirill has been working at Google Cloud for 6 years, advising customers on architecture best practices. Currently his focus is on fast growing fintech startups such as Revolut, GoCardless, Ravelin, Monzo and many others. He has a Master’s degree in Robotics from BME and can still speak a little Hungarian.

Kristóf Molnár

Product Manager, Google Munich

Kristof joined Google a little less than 2 years ago, and works as a Product Manager on Google’s internal developer tools. Before that, he was the CTO of a start-up that he co-founded; his company developed a social network and various SaaS solutions for French lawyers. Kristóf has a Master’s degree in Nuclear Physics from Budapest (BME) and in General Engineering from Lyon (ECL).

Murat Mutlu Öztürk

Software Engineering Manager, Google Munich

Murat has been working at Google for ~9 years and so far has worked in 3 Google offices (Seattle, London and Munich offices). He is currently building a team in Google Shopping. Murat has BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science and has experience working in various tech companies (Microsoft, Boeing, etc.) before joining Google. He is the happy father of Ada Lara (8 years old) and likes to play volleyball and cook in his spare time.

Viktória Nemkin

Software Engineer, Google Warsaw

Viktória is from Hungary. She has recently graduated from Budapest University of Technology and Economics where she has worked as a Probability Theory and Theory of Algorithms demonstrator and has done competitive programming like ACM-ICPC CERC, Google Code Jam and Sapientia ECN. She is passionate about mathematics, competitive programming, artificial intelligence and open source technologies. She moved to Poland 2 months ago and has been working as a Software Engineer at Google Warsaw since. In her free time she likes to play video games like World of Warcraft, Minecraft and Terraria.
