Google Sandbox brings local tech communities and Googlers together

Have you ever wondered what being a Googler is really like? If you’re interested in learning more, we hope that you will join us for Google Sandbox, a program designed for industry professionals to explore career opportunities while gaining deeper insight into Google's technology, business, and culture.

We're bringing Google Sandbox to Manchester. The Sandbox: Manchester event content is tailored towards site reliability engineers and software engineers.

Though open to everyone, the program has a focus on people from communities and backgrounds that have been historically underrepresented in the tech industry. If you're interested in attending, please complete this short form. Expressions of interest will be accepted until Friday, 31st January 2020. If you’re interested in a glimpse of what the Sandbox experience is like, you can view this video or visit our Highlights page to learn more.

We have limited seats available, so we encourage you to express interest early if you'd like to attend.

If you have any questions, please reach out to with the subject line “Google Sandbox: Manchester".

Google Sandbox is inspired by the software development term "sandbox", an environment for experimentation, testing, and learning. Whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned professional, a software engineer or a sales executive, the Google Sandbox program reflects a wide range of professional talent and focus areas. Google Sandbox will be an opportunity to make new connections, interact with Googlers in authentic, intimate settings, explore Google career opportunities, and get a peek behind the curtain at a bit of the Google magic.
