Andreas Thors, Vice President, Industry Value Creation, Partners Group

Andreas Thors is part of the Industry Value Creation business unit, based in Zug. He is a member of the Global Direct Debt Investment Committee and the Private Equity Growth Investment Committee. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio company Softonic International. He has 13 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked as Head of Operations for Appear Here (VC backed company with operations in UK, France and US), and held positions at Hennes & Mauritz AB and Investment Kinnevik AB. He has been a board member of several digital companies and he is currently advising a few start-ups on operations and scalability. He holds a master’s degree in finance and accounting from Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.

Petra Ehmann, Global Lead Business Development Augmented Reality, Google

Petra is an engineer, business woman and potential developer. She drives global business development for location-based augmented reality services at Google, in which function she shapes the new interface between the digital and the real world. She got recognized by BILANZ as Top 100 Digital Shapers of Switzerland, got admitted into GenerationCEO, an exclusive network for women in top management. The German citizen grew up in Bolivia, finished high school in Germany, did her Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich with great success and her Master in Management Science and Engineering at the renowned Stanford University, in the heart of Silicon Valley. She worked in Mexico, China and Brazil before returning to Switzerland to join Google and she is fluent in four world languages. Beyond Google, the digitally savvy engineer stands up for bringing more women into tech and helping other women to become her board member role at WE SHAPE TECH where she empowers women in tech to step up their career in tech and offers talented women the stage.

Andreas Liedtke, Partner & Managing Director, BCG Switzerland

During his eighteen years of consulting experience, Andreas Liedtke conducted / led over 120 projects in the consumer goods and retail industry with a focus on Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Omni Channel · Together with Google, he co-authored various studies, e.g. eCommerce Switzerland study (2018) & A.I. in retail study (2019) · One of his recent focus area is personalization. Here, Andreas has been building "product recommendation engines" in teaming up with BCG's GAMMA (data scientist) teams.

Dr. Jannika Bock - Director Client Solutions, Central Europe,Google

Jannika Bock leads Google Ads specialists that help large customers across Central Europe to use Google ad products more effectively. Prior to that, she held several sales roles at Google, incl. Head of Measurement & Attribution for Central Europe and Industry Leader Retail, Germany. During that time she was recognized for her leadership skills with the Great Manager Award. Before Jannika Bock joined Google in 2008, she worked for Axel Springer AG as well as other publishing houses and academic institutions. Jannika Bock wrote her PhD thesis in American Studies, amongst others at Harvard University. She is a member of the advisory board of the TAKKT AG.

Sunnie J. Groeneveld, Managing Partner, Inspire 925

Sunnie J. Groeneveld is an entrepreneur, board member, author and speaker. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Inspire 925, a consultancy focused on change management, employee engagement and digital transformation. She also serves as a board member of three medium-sized companies in Switzerland in the IT, media and engineering sector and as the Associate Dean of Studies of the Executive MBA Digital Leadership at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Zurich. Previously, she worked as the first Managing Director of digitalswitzerland, Switzerland’s largest cross-industry initiative on digital transformation. Moreover, she is the author of the book “Inspired at Work” (Versus Publishing House), was named as one of the “Top 100 Women in Business”, appeared in the list “Top 50 Who is Who in Digital Switzerland” by Handelszeitung as well as in the “30 under 30” list of Forbes magazine. Sunnie graduated in Economics from Yale University.
