Google Webmaster Conference Registration Terms & Conditions

ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS

Attendees are not permitted to bring guests to Webmaster Conference or to any pre- or post-Webmaster Conference events. If you have someone traveling with you, that person will need to register, get selected and get confirmation email to attend or participate in Webmaster Conference.

MARKETING RELEASE

Google will be documenting Webmaster Conference. Photographs, audio and/or video recorded by Google, or others on behalf of Google, at Webmaster Conference may include your image or likeness. By registering to attend Webmaster Conference, you agree that Google may use such recorded content for any purpose without compensation to you.

COMMUNICATIONS

All registered attendees agree to allow Google and those working on its behalf to facilitate Webmaster Conference to contact them regarding their registration and attendance. By registering for the event, you agree to allow Google to communicate with you via email and phone with information regarding the event.

Q&A sessions or panel discussions will occur at Webmaster Conference. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that any questions you submit will be moderated by Google, and may be edited or removed at Google’s sole discretion. Google reserves its right to prohibit inappropriate, profane, hateful or harassing content of any kind during these sessions.

EVENT CONDUCT

Google is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected categories. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Google takes violations of our policy seriously and will respond appropriately. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Our zero tolerance policy means that we will look into and review every allegation of violation of our Event Community Guidelines and Anti-Harassment Policy that is brought to our attention and respond appropriately. We empower and encourage you to report any behavior that makes you or others feel uncomfortable by finding a Google staff member. We value your attendance.

This policy extends to all Webmaster Conference related talks, forums, workshops, hands-on labs, social media, parties, hallway conversations, attendees, partners, sponsors, volunteers, event staff, etc. You catch our drift. Google reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, any Google hosted event (including future Google events) at any time in its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, attendees behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to comply with this policy, and the terms and conditions herein. If a participant engages in harassing or uncomfortable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the conference.
