Ali Ghassemi is a Software Engineer on the AMP Team, focused on format and components. He is passionate about the Web and started his career in 2005 finding workarounds for IE6 quirks. Ali studied and worked in Waterloo, Ontario prior to joining Google.

Matt Ludwig

Matt leads marketing for the AMP project at Google, where he has worked for 4 years on teams including developer marketing, ads marketing, and strategy & operations. Matt graduated from Northwestern University outside Chicago and currently lives in New York City. When not helping to speed up the web, Matt enjoys improv and spending time on the water.

Paul Bakaus

Paul Bakaus

Paul Bakaus is a Developer Advocate at Google, heading up outreach for AMP. He assists developers, designers, and filmmakers to create better, faster, more immersive and more convincing digital experiences. Prior to joining Google, he created the popular UI library jQuery UI, and later the Aves Engine, the first interactive HTML5 game engine - which he ultimately sold to Zynga.

Ben Morss

Ben Morss

Ben is a Developer Advocate at Google, where he’s working to help the Web be faster and more beautiful. Prior to Google, he worked at the New York Times and AOL, and before that he was a full-time musician. He earned a BA in Computer Science at Harvard and a PhD in Music at the University of California. Rumor is that he still runs a band called Ancient Babies.

Raghu Simha

Raghu Simha

Raghu Simha is an NYC-based Software Engineer on the AMP team at Google, who builds the tools and infrastructure used by AMP engineers and external contributors. Prior to AMP, Raghu worked on various projects in Chrome and Hangouts. More recently, he did a Product Management stint on Maps, where he launched in-navigation voice commands. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
