The workshop will take place at Google Mountain View: 1055 Joaquin Rd Mountain View, CA 94043.
Please arrange your own transport to your airport/station of departure and when in Mountain View. Parking is available at the workshop. Please note that Google will not provide reimbursement for any ground transportation costs.
If you require us to arrange and fund your travel, please let us know in the Registration Form. We will contact you directly to arrange your travel to the event.
We recommend flying into San Jose International Airport (SJC) or San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and staying at the Wild Palms Hotel in Sunnyvale.
All meals during the workshop will be paid for by Google. Please note, we won't cover non-essential expenses, such as mini bar, phone calls, bar bills, etc.
Important: participants traveling to the workshop are not covered by Google's corporate travel insurance, nor can we guarantee you'll be covered under any government health care schemes. We advise you to take out your own policy for medical coverage and repatriation before you travel.
If you require a visa to enter the United States, please email computational-imaging-workshop@google.com and we will contact you to prepare your visa support letter.
The dress code for the event is loosely defined as 'casual'. Please simply wear what you are comfortable in!
We kindly ask that you do not take any photos or videos inside the Google office. Please don’t share or discuss any confidential information you see or hear during your visit.
Wireless broadband is available for guests at the Google office. Feel free to bring your laptops to the office to check emails during breaks. You won't require them during sessions, however.
For security reasons, please wear these at all times while onsite at the Google office. Please ensure you do not walk around the building without an official Google host.
