Monthly one-to-one sessions
The most important part of the Elevator program is your personal 1:1 business coaching with your dedicated coach. He or she will support you to evaluate the findings of our community and to implement them sustainably within your organisation.
You will have 10 dedicated business coaching hours that can be hold both on-remote or on-side!. Make sure you connect with your coach to book the first 1:1 session for 120 Minutes.
We recommend you to book your first coaching between 15th of April and 9th of May to get started with your personal growth plan.
