Getting started with Google Cloud

Cloud Life Sciences is a suite of services and tools for managing, processing, and transforming life sciences data. In this module you will get a demonstration of how to get started using the Google Cloud services. You will be introduced to the Cloud Shell, the Cloud Shell Editor and how to install the Google Cloud SDK on your local workstation.

Sharing Data with BigQuery and Cloud Storage

In this module you will dive into how to explore and prepare your data with BigQuery using the NIH publicly available Sequence Read Archive (SRA) dataset. You will also have to learn how to share your data securely using BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage.
