This Lab is for publishers who are starting to experiment with reader revenue and are thinking about new ways to engage and monetise their online audiences. Some reader revenue systems may be in place but not fully developed.
Mid or senior level decision maker responsible for audience engagement and reader revenue growth. The participant might work within the data, digital or marketing department.
Eligible publishers need to have a focus on core news provision. Sub-verticals that would be included: Politics, Local/Country/World events, Business, Technology, Health, Science.
Companies that solely provide entertainment content (lifestyle, celebrity, sports, fashion) are not eligible.
