Getting to the Bay Area
Nearby Airports
There are 3 main aiports serving the San Francisco Bay Area:
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO) 60 minutes from Tech Corners
- Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) 15 minutes from Tech Corners
- Oakland International Airport (OAK) over 1 hour from Tech Corners
There are no free shuttle services between the airports and Google, or the suggested hotels. If you need transportation between the airport and Google/hotels, we suggest one of the taxi or shuttle services listed below. You can connect to the CalTrain - our commuter rail line - from the SFO & SJC airports, which will take you to Mountain View, but please budget a lot of time for multiple connections and you'll need to find transportation between the Mountain View CalTrain station and the hotels. There is a light rail connector from the Mountain View CalTrain station to Tech Corners (where the workshop is held). Please see the Public Transportation section for more resources on how to navigate the public transportation system.

Summit attendees will have the opportunity to reach out to each other to set up carpools to and from the event.
