Please bring a form of government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s license, passport, or identification card. When you get to the Lower Lobby of Mori Building, please look for a desk with Google sign.

If you are participating in the technical workshop, please bring your laptop and charger with you.   

Registration for the event will begin at 9:45 a.m. and close at 10:45 a.m. The programming will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m. You can find the full agenda on the “Home" tab of this site.

Due to limited capacity, only invited and confirmed guests will be guaranteed admission

A full lunch will be served, with additional snacks throughout the day. Vegetarian options will be available, and send us an email if you have specific dietary restrictions.

Actions on Google
Actions on Google is a developer platform that lets you create conversational applications for the Google Assistant. In this workshop, you will learn the key fundamental concepts to develop an Action for the Google Assistant. You will also learn how to use Dialogflow, a tool that uses Machine Learning and natural language processing to help you build actions that actually understand what users say. At the end of the workshop, we will brainstorm Actions you can build based on your learnings and the available platform features.

 

The WiFi network is GoogleGuest. No password is required. 

Yes, you can leave whenever you need/want to.

Yes, however tell a Google volunteer before you leave, as they will need to meet you at security to let you back up.

Yes, both will be available. Please let a Google volunteer know if you’ll need access since it’s in a separate location from event space.

We are casual at Google, so please wear whatever you are most comfortable in. We find that most people dress in business casual for Google events.
