Anna is a UX consultant at Google and in her free time an illustrator and VR enthusiast. She is an expert in User Experience, Design and Conversion Optimisation and a passionate advocate of combining creative thinking and data to help businesses succeed on mobile. Anna helps Google customers across EMEA improve their mobile experiences by leading design sprints, webinars and UX workshops. She has been with Google for the last 4 years and prior to that was an IT consultant at Accenture.

She has expertise in Education and Lead Gen, and a strong passion for accessibility and inclusive design.

Lead Bhavna leads mobile transformation for Google in key markets across SEA. Her role is to help clients drive better performance on their mobile assets with a focus on 2 pillars - website speed and UX. She works with her clients to build the best in class mobile solutions across their digital properties. Prior to Google, she was leading the UX vertical at a digital consulting company called Palo IT, leading large transformation projects for their clients. She has also spent time with a global experience design agency Critical Mass, where she led their UX practice for Singapore.

Cemal Buyukgokcesu joined Google in 2010, and is currently working as Global Product Lead for mWeb based in New York. He has presented at various events on topics like Mobile User Experience, Conversion Rate Optimization, AMP. Prior to his current role, Cemal worked as Strategic Partner Manager and UX & Analytics Consultant in Google's Dublin and Sydney offices advising Google partners to optimize their business results. Cemal holds an MS in Information Systems from London School of Economics, and a BA in Management from Bogazici University. @buyukgokcesu

Prior to Google, he worked as a Coordinator LATAM Marketing Operations at Hertz and as a Risk Analyst at Caixa Penedes (acquired by Banco Sabadell).

Lina Hansson is a Conversion Specialist at Google who is one of our most enthusiastic CRO advocates. With a background in journalism and marketing, she fell in love with the possibility to see people's thoughts and emotions in data with the help of web analytics. Working at a digital agency and afterwards as the Digital Marketing Manager at Hyundai, she followed the path of analytics towards conversion rate optimization, where she finally found true balance between her passion areas communication, design, data and the thrill in conversions. Louise is based in Google's European headquarters in Dublin. She has a background in UX, analytics and CRO. She believes in a data driven, measured approach to UX & CRO. Prior to working for Google, Louise was the Head of Analytics & CRO for a Dublin based agency. Louise was funded by Enterprise Ireland for her start up which combined UX and analytics to help reduce food waste in restaurants. Louise also worked for one of Dublin's leading UX agencies where she worked on apps, business strategy, analytics & UX.

Shane joined Google in 2006 to build high quality online advertising campaigns for brands & agencies throughout the UK. He quickly realised that the quality of his campaigns were dependent on the quality of the sites they were directed at and the quality of the sites was generally not very good. Since 2008, Shane has worked to help Google’s customers build better sites and apps across all devices. He wrote the first Google principles on mobile site best practices and has helped many of the largest companies in EMEA improve their experiences, their conversion rates and their profits. Nothing he does today is in any way related to his film-making studies in Denmark or his history and politics degree in Ireland.

Sowmya received her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology and has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management. In addition to research, she has over 10+ years of experience in the IT industry playing multiple roles involving software development, project management, business analysis and consulting for several Fortune 500 companies.

His goal is to increase the acceptance of Google Pay with strategic partnerships both online and offline. Prior to that, he gained experience in key account management in Dublin (Focus: Retail) and New York (Focus: Telecommunication).
