Elvira Simanjaya oversees Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs), Quality Assurance Engineers, and Software Engineers in Tokopedia's Engineering Productivity team. Elvira has experienced the transition from being a junior engineering to a managerial position throughout her career, and is a seasoned speaker at engineering summits where she often shares her knowledge with others.
