Rob Youmans is a Director of design and research at Alphabet. He currently directs the user experience teams for YouTube's European offices, which build many of YouTube’s creator-facing products. Prior to joining Alphabet, Rob was the CEO of a small travel startup, the Director of the Creative Design and User Experience (CDUX) laboratory at George Mason University (2011-2014), and an Assistant Professor of Applied Cognition and Director of the Undergraduate Honors Program at California State University, Northridge (2007-2011).

Yong Hwa is the Head of Product Design at NE Digital, a digital transformation group focusing on leading digital changes across all of NTUC Enterprises and FairPrice Group. Under her leadership, the Design and User Research team adopted user centred practises, problem framing statement, instituted Design QA into development cycle and recently is developing UX Scorecard to measure design and research impact within the organisation.

Randy J. Hunt is Head of Design at Grab, where he leads a team of designers, writers, and researchers who create Southeast Asia’s Super App. Through Grab’s broad design practice which includes service design, product design, UX research, design operations, design systems, illustration and more, the team strives to use Design, to understand and to serve the needs of our customers, while lifting them up.
