Matt Bush

Matt Bush

Matt is Managing Director of Agencies and Partners at Google where he works with leading advertisers and agencies to help them get the most from the digital opportunity. Matt joined Google in 2010 from the digital publishing industry and before that he worked in National and Local press. Matt is a regular public speaker on many topics around digital, technology and media and is also a Trustee of NABS. Matt loves running, especially to music that reminds him of his youth, and doing his best to be a great Dad to 3 daughters.

Laura is the CEO of OMD UK and is responsible for the strategic direction of the agency and for the powerful business partnerships it holds with its amazing clients. This enviable client list includes: Lidl, Google, C4, Barclays, McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Mercedes and easyJet. Laura is passionate about creating an inclusive culture and environment where everyone can thrive and come together to produce incredible, highly effective work.

Mark Ritson

Mark Ritson is a brand consultant and former marketing professor. He has a PhD in Marketing and taught on the MBA programmes of leading business schools including London Business School and MIT. He writes a weekly column for Marketing Week and has won the PPA Business Columnist of the Year three times. Alongside brand consulting, he also teaches the Marketing Week Mini MBAs in Marketing and Brand Management.

Phil Miles

Phil Miles
Director, Video & Display Sales, Google

Phil has been at Google since 2007 working with UK clients and agencies and has experience across a range of digital disciplines including tech and programmatic, having led Doubleclick (GMP) as UK Managing Director for six years. He's currently responsible for our UK display and video sales strategy and leads a team focused on helping customers get the best from YouTube, Display and Apps. He's married to Kate and has two daughters Sophie and Ella. When the world is not upside down, Phil decompresses by watching Arsenal and can cook a mean 12 hour Texas Brisket on his Big Green Egg. Sophia Haynes

Sophia Haynes
Director of Campaigns, IAB

Sophia began her career in digital agency-side at Proximity London, then Dare working on big consumer brands such as Shell, Sainsbury’s, Barclays and ITV. At the IAB, Sophia led the Marketing and Membership teams, then moving to a specialist project role focussing on Diversity and Inclusion, the growth of Direct to Consumer brands and engaging advertisers in the IAB’s Gold Standard programme. Sophia has mentored on the NABS Fast Forward training programme and completed training in "Dare to Lead", a courage-building program based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.

Nishma Robb

Nishma Robb
Director, Brand & Reputation Marketing, Google 

Nishma is responsible for leading brand and reputation marketing for Google in the UK. From the infamous Google Doodles, showing how Google’s products help you in your everyday life to helping businesses and individuals grow via free digital skills training and mentoring and promoting Google’s products and programmes to keep families safe online. A storyteller at heart, Nishma is best described as a curious daydreamer with a piratical spirit with a firm belief in anything is possible!

Jenny Biggam

Jenny set up the7stars in 2005 after a career in media agencies including Zenith and Carat. In the last 16 years the7stars has grown to be the UK’s largest media independent agency with billings of over £350Million and over 200 people. The agency has been named Agency of the Year by Campaign Magazine (2015 and 2017), Media Week (2015), The Drum (2018) and Mediatel (2018). They have won numerous awards including golds at Media Week and an IPA Effectiveness Award. Jenny is particularly passionate about workplace culture and personally leads a number of diversity and inclusion initiatives at the agency. She is particularly proud that the agency has been listed in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For consistently for the last eight years.
