If you decided so during registration your accommodation has been taken care of and you are staying in one of the two hotels

Please note that your accommodation will be covered for the nights of Tuesday, September 10 and Wednesday September 11, with breakfast included. If you wish to come earlier or extend your stay at your expense, please reach out to the hotel directly.

 

Transportation

 

Shuttles from the airport

We are organizing shuttles from the airport to your hotel on Tuesday September, 10, starting from 9:00 till 16:00 (EEST Time). In the arrival zone of terminal D you will see CEE Agency Summit 2019 stand with our event hostess who will assist you to find our event shuttles. And in case your flight arrives to the different terminal please use internal Boryspil Transfer to Terminal D. 

We will kick off the event with a Welcome Dinner on Tuesday, September 10 at 18:00 at Perfect Place, just the right place to start! If you wish to take part in the Welcome reception you should arrive to the hotel by 16:30 (EEST Time).

In case your flight is earlier than 9:00 or later than 16:00 (EEST Time) on Tuesday September 10, you will need to take care of your transportation from the airport - you can take a look at the public transportation (buses and the express) or use taxi (either official airport taxi or Uber, Bolt, Uklon).

Shuttles during CEE Agency Summit 2019

If you are staying in Park Inn by Radisson and Radisson Blu Hotel, all transportation from your hotel to the event venues and back is secured. Please see detailed transportation schedule below.

Meet-up in your hotel lobby.

Transfer to Welcome Dinner (Location: Perfect Place | Hidropark, Golden Beach, Kyiv) departures at 17:00. Please be on time.

22:00

Meet-up in front of Perfect Place.

Transfer back to your hotel starts after 22:00. The last transfer provided by the organizing team will be approx. at 23:30. 

 

8:30

 

 Meet-up in your hotel lobby.

Transfer to Conference Day (Location: ACCO International | 40-B Peremohy Avenue, Кyiv) departures at 8:30. Please be on time. 

17:00

 

Meet-up in front of ACCO International.

Transfer to Closing Dinner (Location: Queen | 25 Naberezhne Highway, Kyiv) departures at 17:00. Please be on time.

22:00

 

Meet-up in front of Queen.

Transfer back to your hotel starts after 22:00. The last transfer provided by organizing team will be approx. at 23:30. 

Shuttles to the airport

On Thursday, September 12 we do not organize transportation back to the airport, but we don’t stop caring about you. In order to get to the airport, please use these taxi services: Uber, Bolt  or Uklon.

If you need our help to order a taxi, just let know our event hostess in your hotel lobby.

ATTENTION: starting from Thursday, September 12 our second Kyiv airport starts to work again after 10 days break in service. Please check your ticket to be sure which airport do you need to go to.
